The Recht and Recht Company was founded in 1974 by James R. Recht, MAI, who has thirty five years of appraisal experience. Deanne Recht-Amor, President, heads the commercial/income property department and GADY AMOR, IFA, SRA, directs the residential division. All appraisers are state licensed or certified, meet continuing education requirements, and have experience analyzing property throughout San Diego County.

A wide variety of property valuation and consultation services is offered by our residential and commercial staff which includes: market value estimates, rental studies, use analyses, construction/soils defects, stigma and just compensation. We value real property for financing, trust management, litigation, eminent domain, partnership dissolution, estate planning, estate tax, listing and sale assistance purposes.
